The first written mention of Bela comes from Cosmas Chronicle, where he writes that on a steep cliff near Bela was in 1121 built a castle Primda. In 1964 Bela Radbuzou gained the title of the Town. In the city there are monuments such as the baroque bridge over Radbuza, the parish church of Our Lady of Sorrows Church and Finding of the Holy Cross. City Comprising 1822 inhabitants is situated at an altitude of 442 meters.
